  • Supporting project managers across construction, property, infrastructure and commercial teams
  • Reviewing ancillary documents such as warranties, guarantees and bonds
  • Advising on procurement matters where needed
  • Leading the maintenance of a new contracts register as a major project
  • Supporting early-stage dispute handling and liaising with external advisers
About the Organisation
  • A dynamic and expanding company with multiple service divisions
  • Provides construction, property and commercial services to both public sector clients and external commercial customers
  • Exposure to highly varied contract values, from small works to major multi-million-pound projects
  • Fast-paced, commercially driven environment with an emphasis on construction and infrastructure
  • Benefits include 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance (4x salary), NEST pension and flexible hybrid working
About You
