  • Coordinate office supplies, service contracts, contractor visits and required Health and Safety records and inspections.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate clearly by email, phone and Microsoft Teams.
  • Identify inefficiencies, constructively challenge existing practices and implement improvements that enhance accuracy, responsiveness and customer experience.
  • Complete all activities in line with company procedures, compliance requirements and safety standards.

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and respond effectively to changing demands.
  • Confident, professional communication skills across email, telephone and Microsoft Teams, including customer invoice follow-up.
  • A high level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining reliable business records.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with the confidence to work independently and ask for support when needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
It would be advantageous to have
  • Experience coordinating logistics, freight, import or export documentation, or supply chain administration.
  • Exposure to accounts receivable, credit control, customer credit applications or finance administration.
  • Experience administering rental assets, demonstration equipment or equipment fleets.
