Job summary

Acrisure UK Broking – Specialist Schemes Division is hiring a Commercial New Business Executive in Lutterworth. This role focuses on winning new business by speaking with prospects, leveraging supplied leads, and prospecting via LinkedIn and other channels.

You will work closely with our broking and placement teams to tailor insurance solutions. Ideal candidates have commercial insurance experience, a strong sales mindset, and comfort presenting via Teams.

Qualifications

• Essential: Commercial insurance experience and strong telephone skills.
• Ability to build relationships with commercial clients and prospects.
• Proven pipeline management and a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business from approximately 250 supplied leads/month.
• Conduct prospect meetings and presentations via Microsoft Teams.
• Proactively research and network to identify new opportunities and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and close new business.
