Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join its London team on major infrastructure programmes. The role focuses on the pre-contract commercial stage, including evaluation, contract conditions, tender evaluation, bidder negotiations and supporting projects through to contract award.

You should have around 10 years NEC experience in commercial management within major infrastructure; water sector experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years' NEC experience in commercial management for major infrastructure.
• Experience in water sector is advantageous.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to provide commercial advice at senior level.
