About The Role

As a Commercial Manager, you will provide effective commercial management and governance of SEA projects, bids, and all commercial offerings for the business area, working with Divisional Management, Bid, and Project Managers.

The Commercial Manager (Intelligent Transport Systems) will be based at our Bristol site. This role allows for flexible working.

The salary for this role is up to £60k, depending on experience.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the primary point of contact with Customers and Subcontractors for all commercial matters relating to contracts and bids, ensuring the business secures commercial agreements that minimize risk, maximize profit and cashflow, and are compliant with relevant standards and legislation.
• Negotiate and agree Customer Contracts and other commercial documents. Draft, negotiate, and agree sub-contracts and procurement agreements. Manage commercial relationships with sub-contractors. Consult external advisory bodies on commercial best practices. Negotiate Collaboration Agreements (Non-Disclosure, Teaming, Royalty/IP License Agreements).
