Qualifications

• Good commercial knowledge and experience in commercially managing investment projects.
• Provide proactive guidance on route to market and procurement governance.
• Support project teams with pre-contract activities in line with assurance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on the most suitable route to market and implement commercial strategies.
• Support benchmarking of completed projects to demonstrate efficiencies.
• Assist with pre- and post-contract procurement activities, including final accounts.
• Attend team meetings to share learning and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with Network Rail governance in project delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage contractual issues.
