Job summary

EDF Energy Limited, in partnership with Morson, seeks a Commercial Manager for Sizewell C based in Ipswich. This contract role runs to year-end with potential extension and falls inside IR35.

You will oversee pre- and post-contract commercial issues, manage the contract team, support procurement, and ensure governance alignment with SZC objectives.

Ideal candidates will have strong contract management, negotiation, and knowledge of NEC/FIDIC forms, plus UK regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level (preferable).
• Progress towards professional body membership (RICS/CICES/IOB) preferred.
• Strong contract management and commercial skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the contract team and commercial processes.
• Support procurement during pre-award and manage post-award contracts.
• Deliver contract final accounts and ensure governance alignment with SZC objectives.
• Maintain commercial files and liaison with Legal on contract issues.
