We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager (MEP) to lead the commercial delivery of mechanical, electrical, and public health packages on a high-profile development. The scheme involves the construction of a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities
  • Management of MEP Commercial functions including procurement, tendering, subcontractor accounts, variation and final account settlements.
  • Supporting project leadership with commercial insight and analysis to guide strategy and profitability.
  • Ensuring cost control, forecasting and cash flow management are robust and aligned with project objectives.
Requirements
