A leading energy company in the UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead teams optimizing commercial value in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts and a strong background in risk management. This role requires influencing diverse stakeholders and offers a salary of £62,000 to £76,000 per annum along with a performance-based bonus and flexible benefits.

We are hiring Commercial Managers for our South, and North Regions, to cover the South-West and Wales, the South-East and North West of England.
Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors, you'll be responsible for optimising the commercial value of our construction projects, with consideration of the regulatory framework and increasing value for money for the consumer.
Ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, mitigating risk, building and maintaining important relationships with key stakeholders including within our recently announced Electricity Transmission Partnership, you'll shape our contracting strategy and programme to deliver major infrastructure projects into 2030 and beyond.
This role offers a mixture of office, home working and travel to sites.
Additionally, you will be great at influencing stakeholders internally and external, driven by your passion to get Britain ready for Net Zero.
