Ameresco, Inc. in the UK is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager (FTC) to own commercial policy, lead due diligence on deals, and advise the UK energy services leadership from prospecting through contract signature.
The role requires strong experience negotiating EPC, O&M, PPA, ESPC and EaaS, plus building financial models, budgets and forecasts. You will travel across UK and Europe while based in Central London or Bristol.

The Commercial Manager (FTC) will support our UK energy services business, carry out commercial analysis and advise the management team to inform business decisions. This role requires ownership of commercial policy, processes and reviews from initial prospecting through to contract signature and ongoing commercial management through to contract completion.
This is a senior role and so the following is indicative of the responsibilities to be undertaken, but by no means exhaustive:
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have a flexible approach to work. You will be customer focused, passionate about energy efficiency and renewable energy and likely a well-known leading figure in the UK energy services sector. You should be able to demonstrate good organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work under pressure and drive completion within deadlines. The job requires the willingness to travel across UK and Europe, while based in either our Central London or Bristol Office.
