The manager will oversee financial and contractual performance from pre-construction through completion, including monthly expenditure reports, contract reviews and business planning information, and

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualification in quantity surveying, civil engineering or commercial management.
• NeC knowledge and experience with main contract forms are essential.
• Direct-delivery experience in infrastructure or civil engineering projects is required.
• Experience across the project lifecycle and managing subcontract packages, changes and commercial performance is needed.
• RICS membership is desirable.

• Conduct contract reviews and contribute to business planning information.

• Manage account administration and claims.
