The Window Centre in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take ownership of the department and lead a growing team on high-quality projects. This long-term role offers the chance to shape commercial strategy while delivering value in a dynamic construction environment.

You will oversee commercial operations for window and door installations, curtain walling, and glazing, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with surveyors and sales to drive domestic on-site work

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial management within the construction or building industries.
• Strong background in window and door installations, curtain walling, and structural glazing.
• Sound knowledge of aluminium, u.P.V.C, and composite materials.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Health and safety experience or qualifications is a bonus.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
