Job summary

CDM Recruitment represents a well-established building services contractor seeking a Commercial Manager to join the senior leadership team in Scotland. The role oversees the commercial performance of several projects, mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff, with emphasis on cost control, risk management and contractual compliance from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role:
