We’re seeking a commercially driven leader with experience in the energy sector, renewables, district heating, infrastructure, or engineering to help shape our growth strategy and elevate our commercial performance.

About the Role

As Commercial Manager, you’ll take the lead on sales, business development, and client strategy — driving profitability while strengthening client partnerships. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll be at the forefront of our expansion and innovation efforts.

  • Define and implement data-driven commercial strategies
  • Lead sales and BD teams to exceed targets
  • Manage key accounts and identify new revenue streams
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and ensure compliance
  • Oversee commercial budgeting and financial planning
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align growth plans
