Equans UK & Ireland is recruiting a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major FM contract. The role is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary package including a car or car allowance, bonus and benefits.
The post may be based anywhere in the UK, with the Birmingham posting serving as a base for the team. You will manage relationships with clients and suppliers, oversee commercial performance, and support growth opportunities across the portfolio.
Equans is looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post holder will be working on one of our national accounts there the post holder can be based anywhere in the UK.
The Commercial Manager will lead the commercial delivery of a significant FM service contract within EQUANS Sustainable Facilities Management Division and support other contracts in the wider portfolio as required. They will provide contract commercial management and profit improvement, risk and opportunity management along with focus on compliance. In addition they may be required to support growth within on the existing contracts as well as new business development initiatives to extend the suite of contracts in the region.
The Commercial Manager will manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, suppliers and leadership and functions.
Holding collective responsibility with the commercial team to improve operations and deliver against financial plans.
