Job summary

Lusona Consultancy are recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of their client in the Manufacturing sector on the outskirts of Glasgow. The role offers £45,000–£50,000 per year depending on experience, with bonus, 5% employer pension, 33 days annual leave and parking on site.

The Management Accountant will produce monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting across a multi-site environment and work with operations on margins, profitability and product costing.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or active studier nearing qualification with desire to grow in commercial finance.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills are essential.
• Experience in a multi-site manufacturing or commercial finance environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for a multi-site environment.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyse margins, profitability and product costing to steer decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve reporting.
• Support with system development and adoption of reporting tools.
