Job summary

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ+ PQE) to join their Leicestershire disputes team. You will work on a varied civil and commercial caseload, building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department.

This role offers genuine career progression, exposure to landlord and tenant disputes, property ownership issues and contentious probate, with support to develop your expertise and advance in a busy, client-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors who are enthusiastic about dispute resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients and building lasting relationships.
• Ability to manage own caseload and meet deadlines.
• Commercially minded approach to resolving disputes.
• Proactive attitude to growth of the department.
