Job summary

Jobs-In-Law is seeking a motivated commercial litigation solicitor to join our growing Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or with up to 2 years' PQE to develop their career delivering practical, commercially focused advice to clients.

You will manage a varied caseload, draft pleadings and statements, attend hearings, and support business development while building strong client relationships under supervision.

Qualifications

• NQ – 2 years PQE experience.
• Strong academic and technical ability.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters with appropriate supervision.
• Drafting correspondence, court pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
• Assisting team members on complex and high-value disputes.
• Progressing matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
• Preparing trial bundles and supporting counsel.
• Attending hearings, mediations and client meetings.
• Conducting legal research and preparing advice notes.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
• Supporting business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
