Job summary

Law Staff represent a top Legal 500 law firm located near Mayfair in London seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with around 3 years’ PQE to join their Commercial Litigation team. You will work closely with clients and partners in a collaborative environment.

The role covers domestic and international arbitration, contractual and corporate disputes, cross-border matters and high court litigation within a busy disputes practice.

Qualifications

• Solicitor in the UK with around 3 years PQE.
• Experience in domestic and international arbitration.
• Experience with contractual, company and cross-border disputes.
• Involvement in high court litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Litigation team on a range of disputes.
• Advocate and negotiate on behalf of clients.
• Contribute to case strategy and client development.
• Assist with business development and client relationship management.
