RG Search Ltd in London is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Central London firm. You will handle a broad range of litigation matters, advise on contracts, and develop client relationships from day one.

You will have 3+ years' PQE, strong communication skills, and enjoy a collaborative team culture with hybrid working (2 days from home) and a clear path for progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE.
• Strong commercial litigation experience.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for aCommercial Litigatorto join a highly regarded Central London-based firm. Working closely with experienced senior Lawyers, you'll advise a diverse client base ranging from SMEs and fast-growth businesses to larger commercial organisations.

The Role

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial litigation contracts.
• Support on corporate transactions, including M&A work
• Work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
• Contribute to business development and networking activities
• Mentor and support a paralegal within the team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years' PQE
• Strong commercial litigation experience
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing client relationships and working in a collaborative team environment
• Experience gained in a City, national, boutique or in-house environment would be beneficial
• Ideally some following of clients would be great as well.
