Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Commercial Litigation team in the UK. The role involves managing a broad caseload across contractual disputes, partnerships, insolvency, and contentious probate, while handling ADR including mediation and arbitration.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years' PQE, strong CPR knowledge, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing strategically

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
• Experience across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and drafting/negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload independently.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute strategically to the team and firm.

Responsibilities

• Shows commercial awareness and the ability to contribute strategically to the team and firm.
