Job Description

We have recently been instructed on an exciting Commercial Litigation Partner role with a well-regarded and established Manchester based law firm.

Our client is an international, Legal 500 law firm with an excellent reputation throughout the industry. This practice knows the importance of a good work/life balance which is why they offer their employees flexibility with hybrid working.

Their Commercial Litigation team are well respected for being experts in their field and have built an impressive client base. In this role, you will be handling a broad Commercial Litigation caseload, including contract and property disputes, debt recovery, secured lending, contentious probate, settlements, professional negligence and property and construction disputes.

As a Commercial Litigation Partner, your day-to-day duties may include supervising the junior team members providing guidance and advice to continue to strengthen the team.

The candidate will have excellent organisational, time management and communication skills, is personable and can work well as part of a team, has a keen eye for detail and is confident in their own abilities.
