Sacco Mann is supporting a Liverpool-based specialist law firm to recruit a Commercial Litigation Partner. This permanent role offers a partnership track with initial salaried partnership, leading a team in high-end commercial litigation and potential for branch into property litigation.

The ideal candidate

• Experienced Solicitor with a strong background in Commercial Litigation, ideally with 5+ years PQE
• Proven track record in managing challenging cases, client relationships, and business development
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Ambitious, proactive, and keen to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth
• Open to those with a focus on Property Litigation as well as Commercial Litigation
