Job summary

Interlink Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Disputes Associate (2–4 PQE) to join a leading national law firm in Manchester. You will work on a broad range of disputes for diverse clients, handling matters from pre-action through to trial in collaboration with experienced partners.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years' PQE gained within a reputable litigation or commercial disputes team.
• Strong technical litigation experience.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
• Experience managing client relationships.
• A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• An interest in networking and business development.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on a broad range of complex litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Manage matters from pre-action stages through to trial.
• Collaborate with clients and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Support high-profile and complex dispute matters across multiple forums (High Court, Arbitration, Mediation).
