A well-established Bristol-based firm, currently experiencing a period of transformation and growth, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Litigation team. You will be part of a larger Complex Litigation department, handling intermediate and multi-track commercial claims for a diverse client base.
Daily responsibilities include managing complex cases (£100k+), resolving disputes through courts, mediation, or ADR. The work involves a mix of personal and commercial matters, including business and software-related issues. Experience with fixed-recovery costs is a plus.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial litigation, particularly in multi-track cases, and a comprehensive understanding of court litigation processes. Comfort with mediation and ADR is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to manage a busy caseload and make sound commercial decisions while prioritizing client interests.
