Job summary

Bruntwood in Liverpool is seeking a Commercial Leasing Surveyor (Graduates welcome) to drive new lettings and account management across the Liverpool portfolio. You will work with the Associate Director and Commercial Manager to deliver excellent customer experiences throughout the property journey.

You’ll engage in viewings, build relationships, negotiate deals, and support lifecycle account management with brokers and third parties.

Qualifications

• Passion for Commercial Property industry; degree in Real Estate or similar preferred.
• Experience in sales, negotiation, target/budget management, deal structure, market/competitor knowledge acceptable.
• Strong rapport-building and relationship development across varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiry pipeline and conduct office and flex space viewings with a focus on excellent viewing experience.
• Support sales targets for the Liverpool portfolio as part of the commercial team.
• Assist deals through to completion using relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Analyse and compare market propositions to optimise Bruntwood’s offering.
• Engage in full lifecycle account management including expansions, renewals and challenging conversations.
• Develop relationships with serviced office brokers, agents and third parties to position Bruntwood as the client of choice.
• Collaborate with local teams to migrate customers across product ranges and with design/building surveying to appraise offices.
• Coordinate with marketing to craft effective campaigns for buildings and suites.
• Promote Bruntwood USPs to align with product strategy.

Commercial Leasing Surveyor (Graduates welcome)

With the support of the Associate Director in Liverpool, and working in conjunction with our Commercial Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering customer loyalty, through new lettings and account management of existing customers, anticipating their requirements at every step of their property journey. Negotiating commercial transactions that work for all parties and building strong customer relationships within the Bruntwood portfolio in Liverpool.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for the Commercial Property industry, ideally you’ll have studied a Real Estate related degree or similar
• If you haven’t studied Real Estate we’re open to experience in roles that involve sales, negotiation, target/budget management, deal structure, market and competitor knowledge. Estate agency would be great, however we’re open to other industries
• A relationship builder who is able to develop rapport and adapt their style to a variety of customers and colleagues at any level
• Someone who is passionate and driven to deliver a great experience, putting customer experience at the forefront
• A real eagerness to learn, being proactive and inquisitive to make an impact

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage enquiry pipeline and undertake office and flex space viewings, making sure we deliver an excellent viewing experience.
• Work as part of the wider commercial team to enable our sales targets across the Liverpool portfolio
• Support deals through to completion using your relationship management and negotiation skills
• Enable continuous improvements across our product proposition and review the competition, to make sure that we optimise all of our potential
• Full lifecycle account management including expansion, retraction and renewal conversations as well as an ability to engage in potentially challenging conversations
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with serviced office brokers, office agents and other third parties to make sure Bruntwood are the client of choice
• Work closely with local teams, including the asset managers, community engagement managers and operations teams to maximise migration of customers through our full product range
• Work closely with the design and building surveying teams to design and appraise fitted out offices
• Liaise with marketing team to develop and deliver effective marketing initiatives for all buildings and individual office suites
• Understand the USPs of being a Bruntwood customer to make sure that this is sold hand in hand with the product
