Job summary

Aureos is seeking a Head of Commercial for the Power Systems & Renewables Scotland Division. You will lead a team of commercial professionals, drive profitability, manage contracts, and foster client relationships for strategic growth within the division.

You will oversee tender and framework bids, procurement, cost reporting, and risk management while working closely with operations and design teams to maximise project performance.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a construction/commercial discipline.
• Track record of managing complex, high-value projects and programmes.
• Contractual knowledge including NEC and standard forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of the division and ensure governance across the project lifecycle, including bids and frameworks.
• Manage and develop the commercial team with leadership and mentorship.
• Oversee procurement strategies and subcontractor management.
