Job summary

Cast UK Ltd is seeking a commercially savvy Commercial Manager to join a fast-paced team in the South Stoke area. You will deliver timely management accounts and drive profit improvements through pricing and cost control, while actively engaging with B2B clients.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence, an analytical mindset and proven business-partnering experience to support FP&A, operations, sales and procurement across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and high-quality P&L management accounts to inform decisions.

• Support initiatives across F&B, labour, sundries and margins.
• Provide commercial analysis on tariffs, pricing, and market insights.
• Partner with FP&A to ensure consistent reporting.
• Build strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Procurement and others.
• Present insights to clients and respond to questions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and weekly flash forecasts with good analysis.

Customer relationships are vital in this role, so the successful candidate must be confident in presenting to and building relationships with B2B customers.

Industry experience in any of the following or similar would be highly desirable: Facilities Management, Hospitality, Catering, Food Service, Restaurants, or Hotels.

What will the role involve?

• Deliver straightforward, clear, and high-quality management accounts (P&L) to inform management decisions.
• Consistently identify and present opportunities for profit improvement, such as pricing adjustments and cost savings.
• Support profit‑driving initiatives across F&B, labour, sundries and deal cost margins.
• Provide commercial analysis on tariff increases, contract pricing and market insights.
• Partner with FP&A teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with Operations, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to achieve financial goals.
• Engage with clients at all levels, delivering presentations and managing questions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, and generate weekly flash forecast reports with high-quality analysis to support the P&L.
