Job summary

MJ Quinn seeks a Commercial Lead for the Wireless Infrastructure division in the UK. You will provide leadership to the Commercial Team, drive governance, and oversee revenue, contracts and financial controls across projects.

The role requires strong experience in telecoms commercial management, NEC frameworks and full P&L responsibility, with a focus on profitability, risk management and stakeholder engagement across office and site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the mobile telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar senior commercial leadership role.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop the Wireless Division Commercial Team.
• Establish and maintain robust commercial governance, controls and reporting processes.
• Provide commercial leadership and support to operational, project and finance teams.
• Drive a culture of commercial awareness, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary commercial interface between the Wireless Division and senior management.
• Hold full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the Wireless Division.
• Analyse performance against budget/forecast to identify profitability improvements.
• Produce weekly and monthly commercial performance reports to the Head of Operations.
