Location: Buttershaw, Bradford, hybrid working (1 office day per week), with regular regional travel across multiple sites, full UK driving licence required
Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday

As a Commercial Land and Property Surveyor you will be an integral part of the Estates Team in the Land and Property department at Yorkshire Water. Reporting directly into the Lead Commercial Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of managing one of Yorkshire's largest landholdings. Your workload will be incredibly varied from managing a disposal and acquisition programme, supporting with landlord and tenant matters, undertaking inspections to negotiating and agreeing new leases/ licences, whilst also considering commercial opportunities for land. Regional travel will be required.
