Alan Boswell Group in Cambridge is seeking a confident communicator to join our Commercial Account Executive team. This sales-focused role from our Cambridge office aims to widen the scope of our commercial services through expert, independent insurance advice and proactive business development.

You will develop new and support existing business, using local knowledge to tailor insurance solutions, build client relationships, and deliver a high standard of professional service in a broker

Qualifications

• Experience in a broker or insurance environment.
• Ability to explain insurance terminology and complex commercial risks.
• Proven ability to grow book of business locally.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
• Prefers Cert CII or progression toward qualification.
• Knowledge of local industries around Cambridge.
