Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on commercial insurance options, with a focus on property insurance, and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage client accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with underwriters to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate terms.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and market changes.
• Assist in claims handling, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the UK commercial insurance market (property insurance experience is a must).
• Knowledge of Acturis software is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A professional and proactive approach to client relationships.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (we do not currently provide work visas).
