Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting an Account Handler for an established insurance client on the outskirts of Crawley. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working after training and a salary of £38,000–£45,000 DOE.

You will manage a portfolio of commercial clients, maintain strong relationships and provide high-quality service throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals and claims support.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial general insurance.
• Excellent communication with clients and insurers.
• Good understanding of the insurance lifecycle and FCA requirements.
• Willingness to work towards Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day requirements for a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Review policies and approach the market for better terms.
• Prepare renewal information and discuss options with clients.
• Support new commercial enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
