Job summary

Stride Resource Management Ltd. is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to support Account Executives in managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients from our East Sussex branch.

You will handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and client queries, ensuring a smooth policy lifecycle with professional service. This hands-on role rewards technical accuracy and clear communication within a collaborative, national broker environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar broking role.
• Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
• Cert CII / working towards CII qualifications (desirable, not essential)

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with the servicing of commercial insurance clients
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing
• Prepare documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover
• Respond to client queries in a timely, professional manner
• Ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are met
