Job summary

NFU Mutual in Takeley is recruiting a Commercial Account Handler to manage the full range of insurances and financial services, handling enquiries, alterations, claims and renewals, with opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients. We welcome applicants with a positive attitude and attention to detail; insurance experience is desirable.

The role is full-time, 9am-5pm, with a salary of £28,000-£38,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to NFU Mutual clients.
• Handle new enquiries, alterations, claims and renewals.
• Cross-sell insurance and financial services to existing clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and the local client base.
