Zusammenfassung

NFU Mutual’s Exeter, Tiverton and South Molton Agency is seeking an Account Handler on a permanent basis. You will manage SME and large corporate portfolios, handle policy administration, and support claims while building strong relationships with underwriters.

You’ll need good IT and communication skills, be well organized, and able to meet deadlines. Insurance experience is desirable but not essential, and training is provided in a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience using office or sales support systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage the back-office element of a portfolio of SME and large corporate accounts.
• Process and manage systems and documentation after Partner reviews.
• Attend new business and renewal meetings with a Partner; produce minutes and action points.
• Build relationships with underwriters and resolve customer queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records and regulatory compliance.
