Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Handler in Commercial Insurance required.
• CII qualification is desirable but not essential.

Office Based in Kidderminster

Your role:

Working for one of the largest Commercial insurance brokers in the UK, you will handle SME and Commercial accounts - predominantly renewal based and mid-term adjustments (MTAs), across all lines of Commercial insurance.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as an Account Handler in Commercial Insurance who is looking to advance their career.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing renewals and MTAs for SME and Commercial insurance accounts
• Collaborating closely with Account Executives on larger cases
• Building strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention
• Ensuring documentation and systems are accurate
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Having experience within a Commercial Account Handler role
• CII qualification is desirable but not essential
• Experience with Acturis is desirable but not essential
