? About the Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role working across a range of commercial and personal lines. You’ll be:
Managing policy renewals from start to finish
Processing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) quickly and efficiently
Assisting with new business quotes and client onboarding
Building lasting relationships with clients and insurers
Working closely with Account Executives and other internal teams
Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA and internal guidelines
? What You’ll Bring
️ Previous experience in insurance (brokerage or insurer side)
️ Comfortable handling renewals, MTAs, and client communications
️ Great attention to detail and proactive mindset
️ Experience with Acturis (or similar systems) is a bonus
️ Strong organisational and customer service skills
️ A positive attitude and desire to grow in the role
