What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions to find solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Communicate clearly with clients about services performed and recommended solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience
EPA Certification (Required)
Massachusetts refrigeration or HVAC license ( but not required)
Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical & mechanical knowledge
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Excellent communication & customer service skills

Experience:

Experience with walk-in coolers, freezers, & ice machines
Knowledge of energy-efficient & eco-friendly HVAC practices
