SERVICE

Service Technician Job Duties:

• Responding to service calls as directed by Dispatch team and/or Service Department Manager.
• Handling service calls confidently by providing general HVAC-R installation, repair, and service at various business locations.
• Communicate results of service call to customer in a professional and clear manner; completing service call paperwork in a detailed, thorough, and timely manner.
• This position will require working indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions, with weekday and weekend on-call (rotating) responsibilities.
• Use of our online mobile work order system.
• Attend training classes as designated.
• This position requires proficiency in web browsing, email applications, and computer knowledge.

Education and Experience:

• High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the HVAC-R trade.
• Complete knowledge of current HVAC-R practices and codes.
• Appropriate license(s) as required by state or municipality.
• Valid driver’s license, with a safe driving record.

Skills and Abilities:

• Dependable, reliable, and punctual; strong attention to detail, showing pride in work.
