Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Commercial Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing facilities management team. The role covers PPM and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, with a permanent contract, a company van with private use, fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare and pension.

You will diagnose faults, service and repair HVAC systems and contribute to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Air Conditioning or HVAC Engineer.
• Strong experience in PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Able to fault find, diagnose and repair efficiently.
• Good knowledge of commercial AC systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and compliance with health & safety.
• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs.
• Service and maintain commercial air conditioning equipment.
• Complete minor installation, replacement and remedial works.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical fault finding.
• Complete service reports and job records using digital systems.
• Ensure all work complies with F-Gas and Health & Safety requirements.
• Identify additional remedial works where appropriate.
• Provide a professional service to customers and clients.
• Manage workload and work independently across sites.
