Job summary

ECG Facilities Services in Glasgow is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to maintain and service commercial HVAC and electrical plant across client sites. The role is part of a mobile team, requiring flexibility and a client-focused approach.

You will work on air handling units, BMS controls, and HVAC installations, keeping on-site log books and permits up to date. The role includes site-based repairs, basic electrical PPM tasks, and some water hygiene responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in air conditioning and electrical plant.
• Experience with Air Handling Units and controls.
• Knowledge of BMS and HVAC installations.
• Ability to maintain log books, permits and site paperwork.
• On-site mobility with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service commercial HVAC and electrical systems.
• Carry out on-site PPM tasks and emergency lighting tests.
• Complete compliance paperwork and CAFM logs.
• Work as part of a mobile team, flexible and client-focused.
• Assist with related mechanical and plumbing tasks when required.
