Job summary
Paragon Resource Solutions Ltd in East Anglia is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead estimating and commercial functions across roofing, property refurbishment and renewable energy divisions. You will drive profitability, strengthen commercial performance and develop the estimating and quantity surveying teams.
The role reports to the Managing Director and offers an opportunity to shape strategy, deliver commercial excellence and support growth across UK markets.
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or related field.
- At least 10 years in estimating, QS or commercial management in construction/property services.
- Experience with roofing, refurbishment, maintenance or decarbonisation projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead estimating, quantity surveying and commercial functions across multiple service divisions.
- Oversee tender submissions, pricing strategies, cost plans and commercial risk assessments.
- Manage commercial performance across projects, contracts and frameworks.
- Build relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Develop and mentor estimating and QS teams; drive continuous improvement.
