Contronics UK is seeking a Head of Commercial to lead our sales and marketing functions, shaping a strategic plan across NHS, biotech and international markets. You will drive new business, manage partners and oversee pricing, tenders and market launches to achieve year-on-year growth.

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with R&D and operations, and represent the business in industry forums while ensuring high standards of compliance and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role (5+ years).
• Proven ability to win new customers and grow revenue from existing accounts.
• Hands-on selling experience while leading and developing others.
• Strong grasp of pricing, margins and recurring revenue models.
