Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2:2 degree in quantity surveying, commercial management or related discipline.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Successful applicants must undergo drug and alcohol testing.

Aufgaben

• Implement commercial processes for cost capture, valuation, procurement and reporting.
• Submit applications for payment in a timely manner and agree accounts with clients and contracts.
• Ensure maximum recovery of all contractual entitlements.
• Assist in preparing commercial reports, including monthly Cost Value Reconciliation reports, cash flows, budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with Operations teams to ensure costs and value are correctly coded.
• Manage subcontractor accounts in line with subcontract agreements and Amey processes for certification, payment and liability.
• Manage all aspects of subcontract procurement.
• Provide commercial support as required or directed.
