Job summary

Sewell Group is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across our facilities management portfolio. The role involves mobile work across the North of England and Lincolnshire, with potential on-call duties and a company vehicle provided.

You will manage maintenance across boilers and heating systems, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure safety and compliance on all sites.

• Domestic & commercial gas qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out statutory and planned maintenance for commercial heating and plumbing systems
• Respond to reactive tasks via Customer Care Team with high standards
• Identify and report defects and maintenance needs
• Liaise with external contractors as needed
• Assist with maintenance/repair quotations and pricing
• Communicate information to clients, facilities officers and management
• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment per health and safety regs
• Participate in on-call rota to address emergencies
