Sewell Group is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across our facilities management portfolio. The role involves mobile work across the North of England and Lincolnshire, with potential on-call duties and a company vehicle provided.
You will manage maintenance across boilers and heating systems, coordinate with external contractors, and ensure safety and compliance on all sites.
Location: This role will be based primarily in the West Yorkshire and North Yorkshire region with travel required to get to all site locations.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4:00pm
Salary: £20.59-£22.34 dependant on experience
Bonus opportunity: Up to £2,400 per annum, measurement based on company and personal performance
The Commercial Gas Engineer will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across the Sewell Facilities Management property portfolio. This includes general maintenance and repairs of boilers, heating systems, water heaters, DHW systems, controls, and associated equipment. The role will require mobile working from different sites across the North of England and Lincolnshire and may require to part in the out of hours on-call rota. Company vehicle, tablet and phone will be provided.
