Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Commercial Gas/HVAC Engineer for sites around Southwest London, based in Staines-upon-Thames. You will perform PPMs and reactive work on boilers, AHUs, water booster systems and ventilation, with an on-call rota to be discussed at interview.

The position is 42.5 hours per week with a salary up to £55,000 including standby payment and LWA. The ideal candidate holds ACS Commercial Gas qualifications and NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC, plus a valid

Qualifications

• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications are essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical/HVAC is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• F Gas Cat 1 and 18th Edition are desirable.

Responsibilities

• PPMs and reactive work on boilers, AHUs, pumps and ventilation systems.
• Inspection, fault finding and diagnostics across sites.
• On-call rota to be discussed at interview.
• Maintain site relationships and coordinate across Southwest London.
• Workload includes 42.5 hours per week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the worlds most trusted FM companies, with an exceedingly good reputation within the industry. My client are looking for those with a strong commercial gas background, working on a variety of equipment from boilers, AHU's, pumps and motors. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a number of sites around Southwest London, building great relationships whilst performing reactive work and PPM's. You will be provided with industry leading training, with fantastic opportunities to progress within the company.

Job Description

• PPMs and reactive work
• Boilers, AHU's, water booster systems, mechanical duties, ventilation systems, temperature testing , fans, pumps etc
• Inspection, fault finding, diagnostics
• On call rota (Will be discussed at interview stage)
• 42.5 Hours/Week
