Join Our Team as a Gas Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer with plumbing competencies to handle Planned, Reactive, Quoted, and Minor Works across our portfolio. Your role will ensure that our clients' buildings and estates remain open, safe, compliant, and well-maintained through proactive services. Your attention to detail and client-facing skills are vital to meet Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.

Role Purpose

This position is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and compliance of our clients' buildings through expert maintenance services. Your work will directly contribute to operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep buildings safe, compliant, and operational.
2. Provide proactive maintenance services, meeting all SLAs and KPIs.
3. Communicate effectively with onsite contacts and colleagues, providing timely feedback.
4. Coordinate with contractors and external suppliers.
5. Ensure safety standards are maintained on site.
6. Report deficiencies and adhere to health and safety regulations.
7. Utilize digital platforms for reporting, quoting, and condition assessments.
8. Maintain high standards in client interactions and presentation.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, and appliances CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years post-apprenticeship in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong understanding of statutory compliance in building services engineering.
• Technical Skills: IT literate, experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, TEAMS).
