Job summary

ICAEW in Coventry seeks a commercially minded Management Accountant to support financial performance, enhance reporting and provide insights to key stakeholders. The role blends management accounting, FP&A and business partnering, offering a path to influence decisions beyond the numbers.

You will report to the FP&A Manager, deliver monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, and engage with budget holders across the business to challenge assumptions and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data handling.
• Experience producing budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Ability to communicate financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
